Project Overview
Redesigned LoKA’s core presentation template to support both internal and external use for a high-growth enterprise consultancy. As an AWS Innovation Partner of the Year, LoKA needed a presentation system that reflected their credibility when presenting to companies like Intel and Amazon.

The Challenge
LoKA’s existing presentation slides lacked consistency in layout, branding, and storytelling, which made it difficult to scale across teams and audiences. The decks were being used in high-stakes conversations, but the visual system didn’t fully reflect the company’s technical expertise or premium positioning.

While LoKA provided loose brand guidelines, the system needed refinement to support repeatable use without sacrificing polish. The goal was to create a streamlined, modern template that could flex across multiple presentation types while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.

My Process
I started by auditing the existing slide content to identify inconsistencies in hierarchy, spacing, typography, and narrative flow. From there, I established a clear visual system that balanced structure with flexibility, ensuring the template could be easily adapted by different teams.

Working within LoKA’s brand guidelines, I refined typography, spacing, and layout patterns to elevate the overall feel. I then built a reusable presentation framework designed for speed, clarity, and long-term scalability.

Key Design & Strategy Decisions
I introduced a consistent layout system with defined slide types to improve storytelling and ease of use. Typography, color, and spacing were refined to create a more confident, high-end aesthetic aligned with LoKA’s enterprise audience.

The final template was designed to be modular and intuitive, allowing teams to quickly assemble presentations without breaking brand standards.

Outcome
LoKA gained a modern, scalable presentation system that supports both internal communication and external, high-stakes pitches. The new template helps reinforce credibility, consistency, and professionalism when presenting to enterprise partners and clients.
