Project Overview
Led a full redesign of VetoProPac.com to support the brand’s shift toward scalable e-commerce growth. While I had spent the past four years evolving Veto Pro Pac’s visual identity across packaging and catalogs, the website had not kept pace, struggling with inconsistent branding, limited scalability, and an inefficient CMS.

The goal was to create a modern, high-performing e-commerce experience aligned with the brand while supporting long-term growth. The new site is currently under internal review, with a planned Q4 2026 launch.

My Process
I conducted a deep-dive audit of the existing website, evaluating UX, information architecture, performance, branding consistency, and conversion flow. This review surfaced specific friction points across navigation, product discovery, content management, and scalability.

Key Design & Strategy Decisions
The new design is built on an easy-to-use CMS to allow quick edits and scalable content updates. Key improvements included:

  • Rebuilt site architecture to improve product discovery and navigation

  • Established consistent typography, color, and component systems

  • Strengthened brand storytelling across key pages and user flows

  • Redesigned product pages to better highlight features, functionality, and scale

  • Improved conversion flow with more intentional CTA placement

  • Optimized overall structure for long-term scalability and growth

Outcome
The redesigned site creates a scalable digital foundation aligned with Veto Pro Pac’s established brand identity. Once launched, it’s positioned to significantly improve usability, brand consistency, and conversion performance as the company expands its e-commerce efforts.
